The improvements made by Greystar and the staff at the Highline is commendable which is why I renewed my lease. The entire staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I have no complaints as an existing resident.

I hate the new advertising spaces--I feel encroached upon in my own home.

That’s definitely not the experience we want for our residents. The intention behind these updates was to enhance shared areas and keep residents informed about community events and services, but I understand how it could feel intrusive. Your feedback is helpful, and we’ll be taking a closer look at the placement and overall approach to make sure it feels more balanced and comfortable for everyone. If you’re open to it, I’d really appreciate hearing more about what specifically feels most disruptive so we can better address it. Thank you again for speaking up—it helps us improve.

The rental rates are great but the apartment lacks amenities and doesn't allow for fresh air. 3/5

This is my first apartment without a roommate, and the space is wonderful (especially if you’re used to small city apartments), and in general my neighbors and the others who live here are kind and respectful. The insulation between units is also incredible; if there are parties, gatherings, or times when neighbors have loud tv or music, it typically doesn’t really bleed into your space. The staff is fantastic—the best of anywhere I’ve lived. Super helpful, kind, and at least a few of them live on-property, which is always a good sign to me.

Love my apartment at the Highline. Affordable, beautiful natural light, working appliances and fixtures, and great community areas to relax or workout in. Thank you to the great office staff like Maya and Teyonna who make community events enjoyable, they are all truly pleasant and great workers who care about the residents. Would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home.
