The community is great besides a few inconsiderate tenants and their pets/dogs. Every tenant doesn’t want to pet someone’s dog or have them jump on them. There is no need have leashes extended in the building or elevator (their pet is not my pet) The garage odor is a problem and seeps into my car. I also truly think you should go to assigned parking spaces. There is clearly an issue with the parking garage. Some ppl park in spaces with no warnings for being there to long and do as they please with no warnings! The parking situation smells as bad as the odor.

Market House is a very lively area with stores, restaurants, and union market near by. The leasing agents are awesome, especially Davasiajah. The amenities are great. The concierge (Sofia/Robin) is great. The building also host events for the residents. Only issue I have is the move-in process and the apt. not ready for move-in due to the maintenance issues.
