Not Worth It! Don't Rent from Here!!!
The buildings are roach and mice infested. There are roaches in the laundry machines and mice in the laundry facilities generally. the Buildings are outdated and the elevators don't work, especially in the envoy building. Recently there have been frequent issues with hot water in the envoy building. The maintenance teams are instructed to patch up issues without addressing the root causes so issues often persist. We frequently have water shuts at short notices. The Central air also doesn't work. Even though tenants have a thermostat in the unit, the air is controlled to keep costs down and the Central air doesnt keep you cool in the summers. so even if you set the air to 68 degrees it doesnt get cooler than 76. The buildings also have a major mold issue. It's largely due to the condensation happening from the broken central air systems, which sometimes causes roof leaks. When you report the issues, management will just have the painters come and paint over it so you dont see it anymore. The building recently change management and the new staff is extremely inaccessible. They changed all the rules and no tenant long have 24-hour maintenance (and trust me, when you live here you need it!). The gym is old and sometimes the machines don't work. I really wanted to like it here. the location is great and i love my view but with so many problems its simply not worth it. i wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone.
