Staff and concierge are always ready to greet and assist. Many of them, especially Mandy take the time to get to know you and your pets! Maintenance is completed in a timely manner along with very little noise from neighbors.

This apartment has been the absolute best. My boyfriend got a job here and we moved from MI. I was pretty nervous and wanted a place that really felt safe and like home. Gilceria gave us an amazing tour and is so kind and helpful. Everything was smooth sailing since then and we LOVE our apartment. No complaints. I feel very safe here and happy. The apartment is so new, modern, and spacious. The common areas, pool, and gym feel like a 5 star resort and it’s so calming to study or do work out in... the common areas. The staff are all so nice and go above and beyond to plan fun events. My favorite was the Halloween party! Lastly, the location is so convenient. Having a nail salon, restaurants, and Trader Joe’s all outside my door is a game changer.

Incredible building with phenomenal staff! If you're looking for a beautiful place to live and the best people to support your needs look no further. Mandy excels at being the best concierge you could possibly want/need. Angel (head of maintenance) is on top of everything. no request goes unseen or unnoticed. I also love the aesthetics here and the amenities are great. It's in close proximity to tons of restaurants, quick eats and stores. You can't go wrong with Aster!

I knew Aster was for me from the moment I saw it online. Once I made an appointment to view, everything was seamless. Each employee encountered was welcoming and eager to help. As one of the "founding residents" there are a few suggestions that have been made, and quickly fixed.
My favorite person is Mandy - The Executive Concierge. Mandy is always going the extra mile to make sure I am taken care of and always has a pleasant smile on her face. As the face of the building, this is very... important.
The building is beautifully designed. Even though located only about a mile from UMD, it doesn't feel like a college community.
