This is the best apartment and community to live in at Ballston. The studio apartments are sectioned like 1 bedroom apartments and this building is fairly new. It is a small community and so the management knows each person and therefore the customer service is wonderful. The maintenance is very great too!

We have only lived here for two months, but our experience has been wonderful. We enjoy feeling safe, being close everything, and the staff have been great to deal with. No complaints, which I feel is rare for an apartment complex.
