Do not rent here mice infested

I have lived there for almost a year and the whole time had mice and a lot of bugs! Not sure how the rating here is this high! Avoid at all cost !

Malheureusement, je ne peux pas mettre de notes inférieures à 1.
J'ai vécu pendant plus de 3 mois dans cet établissement entre mai et août.
J'ai rencontré d'innombrables problèmes tels que :
Il y avait des souris dans l'appartement (une équipe est intervenue 1 mois après le signalement).
Mes colocataires et moi avons également dû faire face à des fuites d'eau au niveau du plafond.
Le wifi ne fonctionnait qu'un jour sur deux, la moitié des équipements de la salle de sport... était cassée.
Mes rideaux se sont cassés ; après le signalement, j'ai dû attendre 2 semaines avant qu'on me les change.
Pour conclure, cela fait deux mois que j'attends ma caution qu'ils ne m'ont toujours pas remboursée. Je vous déconseille cet établissement.

I lived in this establishment for more than 3 months between May and August.
I encountered countless problems such as:
There were mice in the apartment (a team intervened 1 month after the report).
My roommates and I also had to deal with ceiling water leaks.
The Wi-Fi only worked every other day, and half of the gym equipment was broken.
My curtains broke, and after reporting it, I had to wait for 2 weeks for them to be replaced.
In conclusion, I have been waiting for my security deposit for two months, which they still have not refunded. I advise against this establishment.
