Since moving in April, my experience has been great with the management team. They have been friendly also though the amenities are great in the common areas always looks nice and clean.

I moved into Preserve at Westfields at the end of February. I love the community; the amenities are kept super clean and I love the way it is kept. The hallways are always kept clean, the rooms throughout the building are kept clean and always smell good. The parking garage is not overly full, which is nice. The office personnel are super nice. The location is perfection! I love living here!

I loved it here when I first moved in 3 years ago, but now that management has changed I'm not sure if I'll stay. The communication is nonexistent and maintenance is closing request without fixing the problem.

I’ve lived here for almost three years now, and I can confidently say this is the best luxury apartment community in the DMV. The amenities are beautiful - spacious, modern, well-maintained, exactly what you expect from a luxury property - but what truly sets this place apart is the people behind it. We absolutely love living here. The staff is incredible—always friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making this community feel like home. The community events are thoughtful, well-organized, and such a fun way to meet neighbors. The amenities are convenient and well-maintained, and the apartments themselves truly feel luxurious. A special shoutout to our leasing agent, Karla. She is the sweetest person, remembers every face, and always greets us with a smile. She consistently goes above and beyond in her role, and we’re so grateful for her.
