Amenities stay well kept and clean maintenance team is always on time staff members are polite and are there when you need them the apartment units are greatly appreciated and the whole entire building is beautiful inside and out

As more people move in we just have to get more strict on rules. I think that we should continue to monitor the doors. The pool typically is crowded with smaller children which is fine however I wish there was a way to have adult time being that the pool is really small. I love that there are cleaners every day for the common areas, that's probably my favorite part.

So far my first few weeks at Modera have been pleasant. I love the location and convenience to nearby downtown DC. I have noticed the unit walls are pretty thin and noise travels easily between tenants ( I can literally hear my neighbor snoring at night). Aside from that, I am enjoying my new space and the wonderful gym and sky lounge.
