Current housemates: 1 male in upstairs room, 1 female first floor, 30+. Current occupants are professionals with mixed schedules. We mostly keep to... ourselves but still a friendly group! On occasion, one of us will have a guest or get together, but overall we’re fairly quiet on the day to day. We keep the house clean, and our expectation is that you pick up after yourself and help out with household tasks. Utilities are split and include wifi, electric/gas, water, and trash, as well as communal household goods (toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher/dish soap, cleaning supplies, etc.).
