Furnished Bloomingdale Apartment Right on Crispus Attucks Park

The dates of this sublet can be negotiated and extended as needed.

The apartment includes access to a wonderful "secret" park right outside your back door. A new community pool and recreation center is available, featuring a fitness room (which is... expected to be completed by the time of your arrival). Quick access to downtown, buses to the Capitol and across town, Shaw (yellow and green line), and Rhode Island (Red) metros.

The apartment is situated in the beautiful, diverse neighborhood of Bloomingdale. Furthermore, it is located close to the farmers' market and Big Bear Cafe (which serves as a community and study hub), the library, great restaurants, Shaw, Brookland, and downtown.


I am currently removing items from the apartment. I am a professor and painter, and there is some art on the walls that can be removed and stored if you desire. Other objects can also be removed if you so desire. If you can see the\ apartment soon, you can let me know which items you'd like removed.

The apartment is available to view on Monday, July 28, or by appointment.

While I prefer a graduate student, I will consider mature undergraduates.
