Maintenance is Prompt and Communicative
Bryce was very prompt when addressing an issue we had with a leak. He communicated next steps and was very efficient to ensure the matter was resolved.

I love these apartments
I went to visit Flats of forestville and I had the pleasure with working with Josslin. She was very nice and helpful and answered all my questions about the complex. She made me want to move in even more now. Thank you Joselin keep being great!

Great Tour!
I toured these apartments with Femi Sayikanmi and was pleasantly surprised. I know the area isn’t always that great, but I enjoyed it. The layout was nice, felt nice and homey. Still weigh your options before making a decision; lots of things to consider with new renovations being done.
