Great apartment building. Living here for almost a year and definitely enjoying it. Very dog friendly area. Great amenities. Great neighborhood

Go elsewhere in the neighborhood. Amenities you pick crossing for are down regularly. Front desk and management will ignore their rules on a whim. If you contact management about an issue they will ignore your messages.
Out of the two apartments I've lived in, and friends in the neighborhood, I don't recommend

Good building, great amenities. Staff won't respond to issues, Building may smell like pot smoke

The place is beautiful but bug roaches are a problem that and smells from people dogs and not being cleaned up. The roaches though even though they will pest control your apartment and will work mostly the building is still infested, mainly on the rooftop which gets horrible as soon as it gets dark.

I have enjoyed living here, the spaces are clean and people are respectful. I would like more security in the fitness area/amentities so that it is only residents. We have wrist bands but it's not being enforced
