We are a group of introverted young... professionals. While we sometimes get together to talk when in the kitchen or living room, we have very separate lives and work long hours. While we are friendly, the house culture is not one where we do a house game night.

If you are interested in this type of house culture and independent housemates, please reply and tell us a bit about yourself and why you would be a good fit for the house.

There are two of us in the main house. We are:
• One management consultant (he/him)
• One international relations policy analyst (he/him)

We also have a housemate who lives in the lower level work works on political campaigns (he/him).

$925 rent per month. Security deposit of $925 which is one month's rent.
• Bedroom is on the 2nd floor with the shared bathroom.
• Bedroom is unfurnished; furniture is not included.
• Parking on carport is available for an additional $40/month
• Utilities (gas, electricity, water, cable, internet) are not included; likely to be $125 to $150/month.

Lease Period:
• Preference by Aug 1, 2025. End date of May 31, 2026. Then 12-month lease afterwards. All housemates are on one lease.
• Rental application, credit check, last two pay stubs. F1 Visa and Passport if an international student.

House amenities include:
• Open concept living area
• Kitchen opens into living room
• Kitchen include brand new granite counter tops, stain steel appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven).
• Dining nook off of living room
• Full size washer and dryer
• Hardwood floors
