I’ve lived in this building for 3 years and have seen a big improvement in management. The building is now much better administered. Whitney, the General Manager, is excellent—very efficient, professional, kind, and always quick to respond to any issue or request.

Too much money for rent for little availability to the amenities, rude and loud maintenance, and unhelpful front desk staff. The apartment itself is fine, but we are still having issues with cockroaches and a deep smell of cigarette.

Elevators are constantly out of order. Pet accidents are left for hours. Showers don’t always get hot water. Package room is constantly in disarray. Unable to access package room using electronic system.

It’s nice ! Just the noise with the constant fire alarm test weekly! Even though I appreciate it the effort to keep us safe, it’s pretty hard to rest after night shifts!

Good amenities especially the pool and gym. However, the constant fire alarm testing is bothersome given the time notice and duration of testing. I’m sure the team is doing their best though.
