I’ve had a positive experience living in this community. The location in Silver Spring is convenient and safe, with easy access to major roads, shopping, and public transportation. Love the community. I have access to downtown restaurants and stores. My commte to work is so quick now. In on the 14th floor and I love my view so much. It gives me something to look forward to when I come home.

Initially moved into the C/D side where we were regularly met with officers inside the apartment building looking for individuals. Additionally had one instance where our neighbors dog was pepper sprayed under the door. Multiple packages stolen without any resolution from the office. Moved in the A/B side as they were recently renovated, while that side hasn’t had as many safety concerns we go maybe 3-4 out of the 7 days a week without hot water as the boiler is old they have been “resetting”... the boiler as a solution but we continue to have days without hot water.
