Smoothest living experience I’ve ever had. Great property management and maintenance is FAST! Also I love having a dog community. So many fur babies live here and I haven’t met any aggressive animals.

I rate this community 2 stars. The office staff are not that great. They will tell you anything if you are not knowledgeable. Packages are always stolen, residents leave their unwanted items all over the buildings. Dog poop literally EVERYWHERE! The trash chute is a mess. On top of you pay for everything they “offer” The pros are maintenance comes in a timely manner and are very responsive and the apartments are more spacious.

The experience is lovely. The area is nice and quiet. It's a friendly environment. Its pet friendly and its has events for family on holidays. The water slide is great and the kids seems to love it. Management is great at keeping activities going on in the summer as well.
