Not enough amenities on the grounds of the complex. The parking has always been a headache and it makes it hard to have company over. On the good side , it is quiet in my building & everyone is respectful. The trash is always dealt with and maintenance is the best I have ever seen ! The leasing staff are always so helpful and amazing to work with.

Amenities are not to anyone’s liking. Nothing luxury.
Maintenance pretty good when tickets are put in.
Would love a better leasing office environment. Would love MORE GUEST PARKING. Less predatory towing.
Apartment size are not terrible at all. Spacious.

The experience is amazing at addition Rd. The staff is very friendly and kind. The neighborhood is great and I feel safe. It’s pets friendly and it’s safe to walk in the neighborhood as well.

I feel like the biggest improvement can be a key entry on the side doors of the buildings like it is on the side of the building especially when the elevator is down. It would help those who live at the end of each hallways greatly.
