Spacious garden basement bedroom available in Georgetown! Townhome

Hello all!We have two very comfortable, medium-to-large-sized, furnished bedrooms coming available on the lower level of our Georgetown townhouse. While we generally prefer to have a tenant for at least 8 months, to a year or more, at a time, we are open to shorter rental terms as well. This is a great option for undergrad, grad or med students, interns, and young professionals!* Please note that the next paragraph (and photos) are about the Garden Bedroom. The Basement Bedroom is also currently available. (The bathroom is shared between these two rooms.) Please feel free to contact me for more specific details on the Basement Bedroom. Thank you! *The garden bedroom is completely above-ground, and features several brand new windows; a private entrance/exit that opens to the back yard and garden; wall-to-wall carpeting; a double bed; an air-conditioning unit; a desk table and chairs; a spacious mini-fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave; a standing closet bar; a small dresser; a mirror; and a bedside table and lamp. We can also provide sheets and towels if needed. Utilities, including wireless internet, are all included as well.The basement level also features a laundry room, another basement bedroom, and a bathroom. The bathroom is shared between the two rooms, and the door to it is through the other bedroom (it is always accessible). The housemate in that room is generally a grad student or young professional, and could be male or female.The main floor of the house has a living room, dining room, kitchen, sunroom, and outdoor deck overlooking the back yard. You would have kitchen privileges if needed. The top floor of the house has three bedrooms and a bathroom, and is occupied by myself, and my young daughter! One of these is a guest bedroom.The house is in an extremely convenient location, just three blocks north of Georgetown University and Hospital; four blocks west of Wisconsin Ave. (and the Social Safeway grocery store, open 24 hours); and a few blocks south of the Glover Park neighborhood, with many cafes, restaurants, bars, gyms, and CVS. The D2 bus runs three blocks from the house, and gets you to Dupont Circle (and the red line Metro) within about 10 minutes. The Circulator and Metro buses are four blocks away, and get you to M St. in Georgetown in under 10 minutes, and continue to the GW Metro and downtown. Street parking is almost always available, but is limited to 2 hours during weekday daytime hours (weekends, and overnights, are unrestricted).
